| Spoke to this guy tonight he said he's having problem with his SUV with over size wheels I told the story about the tires rubbing the ABS wires and causing problems and so on he said many of Techs haven't found the problems yet I hope it's what I told him. Have a Great Weekend! My truck came with 10'' inch wheels all around because it was sent by the dealer before I bought it new to Trailmaster and they did this super fade job on it and fixed up the inside with the goodies and it has held up real good my baby has done me good in all these years other than going though two transmissions the second one was rebuilt wrong I will post some pictures as soon as I have it detailed the paint has held up real good since 93 I guess they used a good paint and the wax jobs have helped as well. |

| Back to over size wheels/tires the guy I spoke to said that they found no wires busted or rubbed on my buddy that's a tech said that they might say it was that to charge a lot of money but what is more than likely is that they have to recalibrate the computer for the bigger size wheels/tires. It does make sense what do you members think? Sorry what I wrote at first but that's what they told his ex wife. |

| unless he has a wierd combo like 20's in the back and 18' in the front the tire size should not make a difference. if in fact he does have different sizes on the truck then the speed sensors will be recieveing different readings causing the ABS to activate.

| I know that there all 24'' wheels also I would say that having bigger wheels will wear out the brake pads faster. Mudseeker how is your Mom doing? I hope she's doing fine. Take care! RJ |
