 | New Exhaust 00 f-250 7.3 Man 4 dr Well I got the 4" TB and I am having a pain getting the down pipe up to the turbo. I had heard that you had to take the cross member out to do this but I called 3 shops and they said that you didn't have to. I cut about 5" off the down pipe to get it to swing in past the cross member. Guess I am asking if anyone has done this with this pick up, don't really want to hack the down pipe then weld it as it would be a pain. Any thing helps

 | It is a tight fit. you might try raising the front of the truck off the ground to give you more room to work with. It will open up new angles.

| Lifted it up bout a foot, should have waited for my buddies car lift to get here but couldn't wait  . Dumped it out right in front of the pass tire. Wow it sounds nice can't belive I waited so long to do this! Now I just have to get the intake and chip it.

| Good deal! What kinda chip are you going with. Check out Tony Wildman www.totaldieselperformance.com He tuned my rig and I really don't think there is anyone out there better than him for the 7.3's! If you talk to him tell him John Wayne sent ya!

| Yeah I think thats the way to go. Won't do that till later this summer. need to get the intake and do some other stuff.
