front end problems

i was ridin in my buddys truck and he has had the problem for a while he hits a bump and the right front tire starts wobblin really bad as is its goin to fall off we think it might be ball bearings but read in other treads bout the hub. it has a 6 inch lift and 38 inch super swampers so something could be worn out and suggestions

what year of truck? 38's are some serious meat and can cause alot of wear on stock parts.

take the tire off and start checkin everything you can start by shaking the hole hub and see what moves first then look at the ball joints and shocks sway bars upper and lower control arms. if it is that bad he better not drive it or he will end up getting hurt or hurt somebody

I would agree with Mudseeker, sometimes when you go big with tires the stock parts just can't keep up with the performance. I've gotta change brake rotor sizes because of my 35s, the brakes do not work really good because of the bigger tires.
