| I have a 2002 F350 crew cab truck. My door ajar light is always showing when the truck is running. I have check the doors and they all are shut. What is my next step? |

| spray some lube into the latches in the doors sometimes the door switches stick, something to try |

| my dad's old truck use to have that same problem and we could never figure out what was wrong with it. as long as it dont beep when the light is on then its no big deal |

| Yeah... Spray some WD-40 in the latches and then open and close the door a few times and you should be OK... |

| I am not sure why, and hopefully this does not come off as biast, but FORD has had a real problem with those stupid door switches. They fail all the time.... and what is worse, they are the biggest pain to replace sometimes.... I have the same problem on my '98 pickup, I just ignore it. Someday I will try toi fix it. It has been that way since 1999 so now I do not even see the light...LOL.... I am hoping with it being on this long, it will eventually burn out, then I do not have to worry about it...HAHA anyways, if spraying it does not work, I would look at the switch, cheap but a pain....

| just pull the light bulb... you cant fix ford's LOL J/K. but really if it was mine I'd just pull the bulb it's not like you cant tell if a door is open
