Are the 6.4s having problems like the 6.0s did?

I have had a 2004 and a 2006 both had the 6.0L PowerStroke and both had several problems. On the 2004, the intercooler on turbo disintegrated, and I have read about other common problems with the 2004s. On the 2006 there was a suspicious noise coming from the turbo and the engine lost power during the times the noise was present, this truck also had the notorious 42MPH bounce as well as a transmission downshift issue that Ford said there was no fix for, then one day the speedometer stopped working until I turned the AC on then it started working OK.
Any known common problems with the 2008s other than the MPG issue?

There were a few bugs with the job 1 (first off the assembly line) builds. They had a bad batch of radiators, and some programming issues. The newest ones have been rolling along rather nice with no major issues.
