| check the female connector end that the switch plugs into and make sure the metal inside isnt corroded if it is clean and put diaelectric grease everwhere the switch and the connector make a connection dont be affraid to get genours with the diaelectric grease electrical connecions love that stuff

| if I remember right you are in Canada so permatex is probably going to be your best bet they sell that everywhere. I did spell it wrong though it's Dielectric grease and it's all pretty much the same no matter the name brand. here's a link to permatex so you know what your looking for: http://www.permatex.com/products/Aut...aintenance.htm

| you might need to repair the actuators. I just did this to mine a few weeks ago, because they were getting really sluggish or not working at all check this out. Ford Powerstroke Diesel Forum The first one is the biggest pain but after that they all start to go faster. I fixed all 4 of mine (crew cab) in about 2 hours...
