Utility Body Swap

I'm looking to change over a utility body for a 1999 F-350. It's a single wheel regular cab, with about 5' of distance between the cab and the rear axle. I'm wondering what my options are, and if it is possible to swap for a 9' Reding enclosed body from a 2000 F-450. Thanks guys, any information you have would be helpful.

i think you`ll have to stick witha 6.5ft body, unless you plan to extend the frame some...wich would include wiring lengthening

yes it would be a major job to stretch the frame ,and do it right .

thanks for the heads up guys. any good places to look for a replacement body? i tried ebay and found a few, but had no luck at any junkyards around ct. any suggestions on where to look?

try looking at truck equipment shops in your state ,some time's they take in used unit's in trade hears one
