I am gonna go out on a limb here and asy that this could be the HPOP.
There are a few other possibilities, but high pressure oil is the common problem here.
Sounds as though you have a high pressure leak, or faulty pump.
Not fun!!!

yeah I'm thinking something with the ICP as well...

If it is the PUMP itself I hope you have a warranty. Most places will pull the cab to replace the HPOP on a 6.0...

Yeah... As long as the valves are opening and you have some compression that will make it start... You need to get in there and look at ICP with a scanner while cranking. Oil change interval OK?

What is the criteria for the ICP? Some 300 PSI right?
Only a quality scanner will tell you what the potential problems could be, but unfortunately, I am still thinking HPOP.
I wish I was a better diesel mechanic. Always something to learn....
Please advise. This will eventually be a topic that will benifit a future user that uses the search function.

ICP need to see 500 PSI before injectors are enabled. There could be several contributors here... faulty ICP sensor.. Failed IPR.. Or.. as you say.. HPOP could very well be the culprit.
