You have hweel well rust on a 2004 already? Was there body damage due to an accident? If you are looking new, the will be $$$, but keep an eye out at the bone yards, you may get lucky.

Might contact a company that installs utility beds. They usually have a surplus of stock beds.

You know I was thinking about this, and I should have thought about this sooner being in car sales for years, but if this is only a 2004, regardless of the miles, call the dealer! Every vehicle sold after 2001 Had a 5 year, unlimited mileage rust warranty, and if you have enough rust to be trying to get a new bed, I would hold them responsible. again, this is only if there is no damage like if it has been in an accident or hit in anyway. If it is just corroding, FORD should have to buy AND install a new bed, or worst case, reapir the damage and repaint it. So before you go nuts, Call the local Ford dealership. I would.
