help

tried tzking the rotors off my 2002 f250 and they would not budge. not sure if its rusted to the hub assembly or if i have to take the hub apart to remove it.

they are seized on there, try using a penetrating spray on them and a large dead blow hammer, hit from the inside (were the caliper normally rests), if you are replacing them anyways you could use a steel hammer, but be carefull wear saftey glasses as the rotor could break...

2wd or 4wd?? i am assuming that this is the front rotors??

yeah thats all i can say is get a torch on them and warm them up, hit them, then turn them, abit and hit them somemore, if your really good with your hands try to get a prybar on them and hit with a hammer. all else fails get a bigger hammer! lol

3lb sledge?? i keep a BFH in the shop for just such occasions. have a 5lb shop hammer and a 15lb tire sledge.
doesnt some rotors have a threaded hole for taking them off?? know what im talking about stump??
