What size 4 cyl engine in 1987 ranger 4x4 2.0 or 2.3 /Thanks

it could be either one. There should be a sticker on the fan shroud or raditor support that would tell smog specs and it would have the engine size on there

Okay, My bad my son looked at the truck and he thought it was a 2.3 but when I saw it it is a 2.9.I have a1989 2.9 so I guess it's good he has one now at least i know kinda how to work on them. Thanks
