| cruise control on 1999 f350 can you chnage the steering wheel w/o cruise to one with criuse? or do you have to change or add somethng else |

| Welcome to the forum fuzzy. Not a ford guy but I believe you would at least need to add a speed control servo / amplifier assembly. Think of it this way: you tell the button you want cruise, who is the button going to tell ? |

| If you just want the wheel with the buttons and the newer look then it should fit in place without a problem. Now getting those buttons to actually function is a much bigger beast and I hear it can get costly.

| FYI... If it a diesel you can just change the stering wheel and have the dealer change the programmable parameter to "enable" for the cruise to function. |

| Not kidding - not a ford guy for those details. tjzz4 or some of the others might have info. Good idea to include which truck: details make a big difference in many cases. |
