Talking Return of the Econoline...

well, i get my license in 18 days. and since the deal with the c10 has gone sour, and my ranger is nowhere even close to being done, i am going to be driving this since i need to drive to orlando in december to go to universal with my girlfriend. i need to get a new battery, do a rear brake line and give it a tune up. thats it, i should have it done. but anyways, here are the pics.

Some of my ex's would look at that truck and say, "So we're bring back a lot of souvenirs, right?"

girlfriend hasnt seen the truck yet, neither has her parents. and yeah, im getting it cleaned after i fix it, yesterday we needed to use the tailgate but the battery died, so we jumped it, ran fine, after about 5 minutes of running, ****ier just died, and when i tried to start it, it wouldnt, so i may need to drain the tanks becuz of bad gas, and it needs a tune up. the 351 is only running on about 4 cylinders right now, lol. but ill get her fixed up, scrape the logos off the side and i gotta make 2 panels for the rear door becuz the wood rotted on the lower 2 panels. we recently had the lift gate rewelded, so its solid now, i put my foot through it last summer so we needed it done. interior, well... its there. its a basic work truck, but i got a radio and no a/c or heat, but ****, i live in florida and the windows go down. its a shame i didnt get that c10, hope the girl likes the truck.

oh yeah, when it rains, right behind the seats where the box and cab meet, well, it leaks, as well as the windshield on the drivers side, lol.

i like it , but don't forget the trans or oil leak . you could always sell the box and make it a flat bed , or graft on a rear cab and make it a crew crew cab dully , the posibabies are only limited by OUR imagination

Sounds like you have your self a built in water fall. Just tell the girlfriend you'll take her to a tropical paradise with a water fall. See you have the ambient feel already. Redneck imagination I love it(Me being the redneck or tan neck).
