    1979 F150 - good brakes soft pedal?

i've got a little problem. i've got a 1979 ford F150 with the inline 6. i put all new lines and new rear wheel cylinder along with a new power booster and master cylinder. my problem is that i've bleed the master cylinder and the lines mulitple times now and the pedal still is soft, there's brakes n they stop good but the pedal is still soft. it there any way to tighten up the pedal so it's not so soft n drop 1/2 down to the floor? any help would be great because i've run out of ideas!!

Have you adjusted the rear brakes up?

sounds like air, if you hold the pedal down hard does it continue to weep down?

Yep, those Sterling drum brakes are known to be problems. The rear end is great but the brakes suck. That is why I am swaping in some rear disk brakes.
