2000 F150 Short!!

My father inlaw has a 2000 f150,he washed the engine compartment down and sprayed armor all everywhere and now his wipers, electric windows and radio will not work.I checked all the fuses and relays under the hood and in the fuse panel inside the truck and they all are okay.Any one have any ideas?
Thanks,
Phil

Armor all under the hood is a bad idea. Time to remove and clean out all the relays and connectors
