 | auto hubs have any of you had problems with the automatic hubs on a 2000 f250 s/d mine dont want to go in when i select 4wd is the a bad sensor or what thanks |

| Auto hubs I have the same problem in my 2000 F350. The reason they won't work is that the vacuum in the front hubs is not locking them in. I had this problem fixed 2X already. Dirt is the usual suspect. It dosen't hold the vacuum. Good luck. |

| I had the same problem with my 99 expedition, it turned out to be a bad Transfer Case Shift Motor. It cost around $120 and took about 2 hours to change out. Start with your lines and make sure they are clear of any dirt first. The problem could be anything from your switch to your vacuum pressure regulator. Good luck. |
