Unhappy Whinning f150 4.9L straight 6

Have a problem Truck has been making this annoying whinning sound...Thought it was the Power Steering pump, change it still same problem...changed the smog pump still the same problem...so if anyone has any ideas please help...thanks alot.

Idler pulley? That would mean the bearings inside the pulley are gone out. Easy replacement Cheap part

Check the idler, If it doesnt seem rough, Check the A/C compressor,put some dish soap on the belts when the motor is shutoff, then start it, see if it stops whining for a short time, if it does, change the belts. If not then keep removing belts to eliminate each component.
