F-450 Dually tire inflation

I just purchased a 2006 F-450 dually, to haul heavier trailers with. And I'm trying to figure out how to keep the tires to proper inflation. It came with General LMT 400 225/70R 19.5 tires with metal valve stems. I've read a few threads on the importance of proper tire inflation and safety issues. I bought a "truck" inflation hose with gauge that has two angles of connection on the end. But neither one meets up with the valve stem. BTW, the tires do have "Wheel Simulators" on them. Any ideas, thoughts or experience with this matter is appreciated with "thanks" in advance.

Check the pressure and add air if they are low.

You have to remove the wheel covers to even have a chance of checking
tire pressure correctly. There are two kinds of "angles" on inflation hoses,
one is straight and the other at like 45 degree angle, one or the other will
work.

Alright, I'll take the wheel cover (simulator) off. Its the first time I've had this type of setup.I guess you pry it off? Just use a straight slot screwdriver? Or do they have some special tool for this too?

Some you can take off with a large enough screwdriver, others might be held
on by some sort of lug nut cover, usually two opposite each other. Hope that
helps.

you can purchase valve stem extensions to bring the interior valves out to the exterior rim so you wont have to dismantle the whole thing everytime you want to check pressures or add air or air down....
