2004 Excusion Headrests

Hi All. I am new to this forum. I just purchased a 2004 excursion limited 6.0. The third row seat back is extremely low. When I sit in it it only comes halfway up my back. Mostly my kids sit back there and they have absolutely no whiplash protection if we are ever in an accident.

Does anyone know how I can modify or replace the existing seat either with headrests or a taller seat back? I would hate to spend a ton of money at a custom upolsterey shop if I can do the mod myself...you can email me if you have any suggestions at dezineer1@netscape.net

I have alot of plans for future mods and upgrades to the engine, however, I would like to address the safetey issue first...I welcome any input.
