Please Help: broken glow plug

Im changing the grow plug on my 97' 7.3 and one of the elements broke away from the rest of the plug and is stuck in the hole. I've tried pulling it out with vise grips but it won't budge. Anyone have any suggestions please help

a little heat and ease outs work great.
