 | How do you change a water pump hello to all. i just had my serpentine belt go out last night and then noticed that all kinds of water/coolant was leaking out. all the research ive done says that it is the water pump gone bad, but i have never replaced one before. Im sure it is not too difficult but want to be perpared for anything. thanks for all the help |

 | what kinda vehicle? your F-250? Never changed one (thankfully cause they are expensive on the 7.3's) I don't imagine it being hard though.

| drain the radiator, unbolt the old pump and install the new one. Refill the radiator.
