Time difference

I know we as a community here cover a good part of the country. With Daylight savings being very early this year I have had some issues. Does the time stamp I see for when a post is made based on the clock on my personal PC or is there a time stamped in the central server? I ask because All the posts and activities I am doing today seem to be an hour behind.

Mine are an hour behind also. Not everyone does DST and it's at an odd day this year so some computers are getting it wrong.

interestingly enough, it took till last night for the time to finally become accurate again... Now I do not feel like I am an hour behind anymore!
