| posting pictures How to post pictures to the forum using photobucket.com If you are downloading pictures from a memory card connected to your computer or a file from your computer, leave the computer icon checked and click on the choose file button. If you are downloading a handful of pictures, then you can click on the bulk uploader button. The bulk uploader is faster and mostly self explanatory. Before you click on the choose file button, I should mention that you have the option to choose your picture size from the drop down menu. ![]() Once your picture is downloaded, you have a few options in how you want to post it to the forum. First I will explain one of my favorite ways. This is the option I am using for this guide also. First check the box under the photos you would like to transfer to the forum. *** the other way to post a pic is to copy the image code below you pic and paste it to the forum, this leaves the image full-size and can be slower to load on the forum page for dial-up users.*** ![]() Once you have selected your photos, click on the “generate HTML” button and you will be taken to a list of options. ![]() I, personally choose to use the click-able thumbnails, as it leaves the image as it's original size when clicked on. The advantage to this option is faster page loading for those dial-up user that may be using our forum, but without the sacrifice of image quality. ![]() Just copy the URL(s) in that box and paste them to your post. If you hit the preview post button on the forum it will turn those URL’s into pics and makes it easier to place them into their proper place in your post.

| posting pictures using the forum software to post pictures to the forum with out using a web site to host your photos, click on the manage attachment tab below your message window or the paper clip icon in the message window. **note: these options can not be found when using the quick reply option at the end of every thread** ![]() once the attachment window is open just browse for your picture(s) and click the upload button when you are done. once your pictures are uploaded, you can close that window and select "preview post" to verify you have the right pictures in you post. ![]() at this point, you can also enlarge your photo's by clicking on your attached pictures in the preview window and do a copy/paste. once the picture in the preview window is copied, scroll down to your message window and paste it in the text area. this is the same method i have used to write this version of the guide. please let me know if there is anything i should add to these guides or if you have any questions about these ones.

| Do you have more time on your hands recently? These are some informative posts. Just seems like they would take a while to put together. Is this a sticky? And are you doing that, or only a mod?
