im a member of a number of forums. it seems as if my forum activity kinda centers around whatever im working on or messing with at the time. i joined here quite a while ago and actually forget the reasoning at the time. but i got motivated on either my 84 corvette or my jeep wrangler and just seemed that i didnt have much reasoning to come here all that often as at the time my truck was dormant waiting to find a frame. well now im working on my truck it dawned on hey i joined that forum a while back now im here and havent been to the jeep forum or the vette forums in a quite a bit. its not that i dont want to be helpfull to anyone or contribute on a regular basis but keeping up with a # of forums on a daily basis tends to be quite time consuming. I do say i have had great luck selling and buying from people on forums both from jeep and corvette forums. one of the jeep forums i was at i believe ya had to wait to sell stuff. thinking of jeep why doesnt jeep have its own section like ford chevy and dodge does? is it because jeep isnt specifically a truck?

I asked that same question a while back. The official response was to the extent of, there is not enough Jeep "traffic" to warrant a seperate section.

there is at least 2 other jeep forums im aware of lots of traffic there perhaps if a jeep section was made we could draw some of those guys not only for jeep but i bet some own other trucks as well. could increase the # of peeps on this site. problem is gotta get the word out about it. only reason i found it was i went looking for a chevy truck forum.

this forum is the only one i've joined that i've stuck with (much to everyone's dismay, i'm sure). i like the sense of community, and the way it seems everyone has an opinion on stuff. not just 1 guy answering everyone's questions. off topic threads are my favorite (I'm nott an expert at anything but BS haha) but i try to offer any real help when/if i can.

I rarely come on here anymore because of the amount of deadbeats that post and never come back. Its a shame, because this used to be my favorite site. Theres only a handful on here that I consider to be real members of the forum.
