| New members selling their truck?????? I know I really have no right to get irritated over this. But it really gets under my skin. I have seen a lot of ads where the seller just joined to sell their truck. They have one post count and rarely if ever return to answer questions posted in their own thread. They post their contact information and walk away. To them this site is just free advertisement. I do not trust these people and I will not buy from them. I know it may not seem like a big deal, but like I said it really annoys me. Am I alone on this?

| i know how you feel and this has been a concern of mine for quite awhile. as the forum grows, i would like to see a minimum post count put in place to be able to access that part of the forum. for the time being though, the regular members will have to use their best judgment when it comes to these types of posts. i never gave a classifieds post a second glance if it was the members first post. i would like to see them build some credibility before i decide to give them my hard earned money.

| When I see this sort of thing I have to hold back from posting somehting rude. I just see it as they are taking advantage of the site and not doing anything in return.

| I'm with you buddy BIG TIMES I wanted to say something the other day when some guy joined just to sell parts but I guess in a way it's ok for some people that need parts but not me and I think that one should join for help or help someone or just to get along with us not just to advertise. Say how about placing a section like for Ebay items you see I Ebay a lot and I would like to share good deals with members and so on. Plus I wouldn't buy parts from them either because who knows if there scamming people out of there money and Christmas is when a lot of people come out of the wood work to rip people off. Example www.craigslist.com says people beware with scammers so does Ebay I Ebay because I use PAYPAL with a credit card so I can't get ripped off and so far I have had super good luck with sellers but again they have feedback that you can see if there good sellers. This is how I feel and if somebody doesn't like it too bad I know who my friends are here anyways and who's on the up & up. Love! GMC |

| I feel I am a bit out of place bringing this up becuase I have not been here very long myself. But at least I was on here for a few months before I started posting in the classifieds section.

| You know there are many boards where you have to have a certain amount of posts or time served on a board before you can access certain areas. Maybe we could do the same and not allow postings for selling trucks until certain criteria are met. Just a thought. Hammer |

| the worst is taking the time to help out a new member with a problem and never hearing back a update on their issues would be good for us to help someone else in the future.
