next month we are dumping directv , bellsouth and going with a local cable that also offers internet , i like this form and want to stay here till i die or banded for life , so will i have to change anything to stay on here , i'am lost in this tecno bable .

then tell him it's a cable provider problem.

See if we can get him to call the company
and try to explain his complaint.

We can have brad go over the technical aspects
