you cannot post links to related forums. a tractor forum, hugs and kisses forum, or wine connoisseur forum would be ok.
hiding auto accessories links in posts is not cool either. we a few weeks ago, im sure you all noticed someone tried to help others here with short posts. they talked about locating certain types of auto parts but the word parts was a link to their auto accessories site. this would get you a slap on the hand or banishment also.

I have a feeling that I might have been guilty of violating this rule, with my recent post about diesel anti-freeze/coolants. IIRC, I linked to an article that was posted on another site (for construction equipment) that does have a forum, but the article was from a different area of that site. I believed, at the time, that this was okay.
If you didn't get a polite reminder of the rules in a PM as I did then most likey you didn't F up.

Good thing I read this I might have done that in the future to help.

Be glad to PM links as suggested.

i was watching romeo and juliet that morning while typing and that word came across there. so i went with it.
when i say linking to autozone or advance, we are cool with that. but sneaking it in there instead of saying "go here" and it being a small place like the TAD, then we will have a problem.

My mom was looking at the time.
It's hard still living in her garage.
Especially since it's a carport.

Don't worry, probably won't be that long
until I say something you can use to bounce me.
