my brother just called and said gas just hit $ 5.02 in the lansing, mi area.

time to run and get gas.

3.72 here. up from the 3.62 in was earlier. costs too much.

how the **** can the state that is about to be hit by a hurricane have gas that is $2 cheaper. gas just hit $6 dollars in some areas.

According to mapquest, the highest gas price in the nation is $5.32... 8 cents down from an hour ago!

You got that right. All those companies care about is filling there wallets. They don't care how it affects anyone else.

As with most people here I am also upset with gas prices, and I don't pay for fuel! (I use my truck for service work and fill up on the companys' tank) But, I still pay for the increase in the end... higher goods cost, and budgeting my repairs to off-set higher fuel costs in the equipment I work on. What I don't understand is why Diesel is higer than Gasoline? Diesel is less refined than gas, so it should be less expesive???? Am I totally off on this?
