how the **** can the state that is about to be hit by a hurricane have gas that is $2 cheaper. gas just hit $6 dollars in some areas.

As with most people here I am also upset with gas prices, and I don't pay for fuel! (I use my truck for service work and fill up on the companys' tank) But, I still pay for the increase in the end... higher goods cost, and budgeting my repairs to off-set higher fuel costs in the equipment I work on. What I don't understand is why Diesel is higer than Gasoline? Diesel is less refined than gas, so it should be less expesive???? Am I totally off on this?
