Angry tube steps

i bought these back in Jan. from JcWhitney and they are starting to rust already. it's not surface rust from the salt during winter. the rust is bubbling through the paint, which means the idiots at the factory painted over the rust. there's not even a primer under the paint. why do all my good deals turn out to be bad in the end?

yeah there is a reason why JC Whitney is ussually the cheapest. Your original "good deal" is only going to cost you more in the long run. its the old saying, ya get what ya pay for. Not trying to be a jerk, but its the honest truth.

Have you tried calling them to see if they would make it right? I know they gave you a bad product in the first place, but maybe they are willing to replace it.
