Hey buddy just change the window tint before you really get taken to jail because you have been drinking or buzzed you were lucky but the next time you might not be. I understand about cops messing with you it was X-Mas time I was going to see the folks I was in my truck it was about 3:00 am I had just gotten off of shift well my truck was going south bound and the cops were going north bound and there was a big amount of grass seperating the divided hwy when all of a sudden my radar went off my wife was driving I was on the passenger side with the seat reclined way back I have an ext-cab well they came around and pulled us over I got off the truck after he spoke to wife he asked me what are you do at this hour and you whats under the tarp that I had in the back of my truck I told him christmas gifts im taking some down for my family and the wifes family and my buddys kids that live with there mom I even showed him what was under the tarp he lets us go but there was no way that he could have seen me reclined back in my seat anyways I still had my seat belt on I know it just depends in what type of truck your in and what time it is and there is other things that I can say but it's really not worth it. To end the story I was so glad when he left because I had my 9mm under the drivers seat loaded in it's case and with a lock but I might have still gone to jail. Good thing im a lover and not a fighter like MJ.

Ok dude. Heres the deal. For one thing, it doesnt matter how much you drank, buzz or not, ur still drunk so your still breakin the law. Second, if he pulls you over for tint violation, just go with it and take what you deserve. If its too dark, bottom line, its too dark. Change the tint or keep gettin tickets til your truck gets impounded. It doesnt matter the size of the infraction, its still breakin the law. And another thing, most cops dont take kindly to people who cant say too words that make sence. This is a forum with normal people so we speak with words that make sence at least 75% of the time. And the biggest thing, if you try to take a cop to court, its not going to do you any good because, for one thing, he works for the government, so your trying to take the government to court, and last time i checked, the government runs the court so its not going to do you any good and plus the cop is just doin his job. If he finds suspision (sp?) he has every right to search you truck for weapons or drugs or whatever he thinks may be in it. If he asks you for a search, if you know you dont have anything, it will come out a lot better on your part if you just let him search it and find out for himself that you dont have anything. You must forget that cops arent above the law but they get paid to uphold it. Next time you get pulled over for something like that, just go with it and take what you earned. Bottom line, check your laws before you go adding stupid stuff to your truck thats going to get you in trouble. Like me, i cant have anything over a 8'' lift under my truck so i dont put a 10'' under it. Just grow a brain, learn how to talk and learn the laws of your city.
