I sprayed Rhino for over a year, and it sticks the best to a sandblasted surface....... but it takes a special primer to make it stick(doesnt add too much cost.) Rhino or LineX is worth their weight in gold..... herculiner doesn't last long.

I'm gonna replace my cab corners because I'm in desperate need... And I was thinking about sandblasting and having the cab corners rocker panels and quarter panels of my truck.

Well my cab corners, rockers, inner fenders, box sides, fenders, and the back of the bed are all rusted! Haha. It's pretty bad, but it's not a show truck. I'll make up some patch panels and try to weld them on myself, and slap some bondo in er. This should be a fun toy once it gets a little bit healthier motor and bigger tires. 9" of lift with 33"s looks pretty stupid.

you might look into a body shop that can bead blast, or soda blast. sandblasting will warp body panels, or so I have been told.

Eh. We sandblasted parts on my last truck and it was fine. No way in **** I'll go to a body shop. I said this is going to be a CHEAP truck. I'm going to keep it as cheap as possible.
