I cant see in the pics you put the truck too far forward on the trailer. If you would have left it back a bit it would have helped center the weight on the axles instead of your hitch. Truck looks pretty decent for a start project.

trailer was not long enough to center the weight. doesn't matter anyway. it's getting cut into tiny little pieces.
