New members rights.

I seen on this other site that one has to have more than 50 post before they can post anything there wanting to get rid of or buy. I think it's a good idea or there is my two cents.

our classifieds don't see a lot of high traffic at this point, but it has been brought up before in the past.

Don't worry about those guys GMC, we have the knowhow to run those ones off. Like that guy who came on here just to sell a truck. When he finally responded, I guess I offended him. Normally don't like to do that, but it was obvious what he was up to, so it didn't hurt my feelings a bit. The truth hurts sometimes. The truth even hurts me at times, but it is what it is, and not going to change a thing. Reality is Reality whether we like it or not. In most cases, more the merrier, but not if they are not going to participate and only here to be a con man, ooops, I meant salesman. Really, I meant salesman. My back space key didn't work and either did my edit button. Sorry.

I'm with you guys it bugs me BIG times shoot we all know who's here for the long haul and who is loyal to the forum.

I don't mind people coming in and getting advice or sharing their projects then split for a bit. We can't expect everyone to be like us and not have a life without a computer, but it seems to me they could at least participate occasionally, and not come here just to sell an item then you never hear from them again. But I think what ticks me off the worst is the ones that come in, get advice from about 3 or 4 differant people, then you never hear from them agian. Likley because 1 of the 3 or 4 tips got their ride fixed, so they don't need the forum anymore, but don't even have enough courtesy to come back and say what they did to fix the problem. Just rotten as can be.

it seems to me a lot of guys join to ask about a problem they are having, get their answer and never come back. everyone seems to help these guys anyway. so if they join just to sell something it's kind of the same thing isn't it?

i have no problem with them, as long as they are not a company or sc.rap vehicles for a living.
