stripping paint off grill???

its aluminum/tin?



what can i use to get paint off the grill of my 70 chevy grill,tested with wire brush wheel on drill and that scratches.grabed some brake cleaner,carb n choke cleaner all was empty?any help would be appreciated,heard lime away?

hot female stripper (didn't want to let mudseekers imagination wander too far)with 400 grit emery cloth would be the best possible way that I could think of.......... that is, if your going to paint it back over again...

media blasting with either plastic or crushed walnut shells, it will remove the paint without damaging the aluminum

dont have access to that was looking more around a spray,but i dunno if it would mess with the aluminum

jasco paint stripper. can be found at lowes and comes in a gel form. it is pricey but literally apply it and take it off. no elbow grease. will not harm the metal.

Just sand it then prime it and paint all the paint doesn't need to be removed.

Aircraft paint remover, You can get it at autozone, Dont sand it or youll scratch the heck out of the aluminum.
