| I think you got dry ice confused with regular water ice, which is what freezes at 0 degrees C. CO2 changes from a gas to a solid at −78.5 °C (−109.3 °F)

| I'm gonna try the dry ice thing on one of my cars this weekend. At least around here, every grocery store has it. They keep it locked up and you have to be 18 to buy it. Why? Cause you can make amazing dry ice bombs with it, water and a 2 liter bottle. Will cause car alarms in the area to go off and people to come outside to see WTF just happened. I also watched a video where a guy used a hair dryer to heat up the dent and then immediately sprayed it with an upside down air duster can (the can you use for blowing out junk in your keyboard) for 10 seconds and *poof*, the dent popped out. Guess its same principal as the dry ice, just different method/speed.

| X2!!! I may not be known as a mad scientist here but I've had my moments... Which reminds me, be very careful of vapors or fumes when mixing ANY chemicals... it's not that hard to make mustard gas (or a similarly deadly item) with household items... BE SAFE!

| Good Point eponator. I've seen a few little white clouds pufffing out of a bucket in my days too. I lived your way for a short time. More of Covina area, but hung out at the mall in West Coving there at Vincent and I 10 quite a bit in my kid days. If my memory serves we lived in the hood over there at Vincent and Cypress. That was about 30 years ago. I'd be afraid to see the place now.

| I don't think it was death or chaos that brought everyone here, I think it was the title, "Massaging".

And dry ice sublimes at -78C Let me be more clear than I was before. I will not send the info to any I have not had enough of a history with to be confident it won't be abused. That's not a slam on anyone, just don't want the responsibility. And "secrets" are really hard to keep when you tell them. | |
