| brothers.......... blazer has a rod knock or so he says and the astro has front end damage. gonna make a running blazer out of the two. atleast i have a hoist this time unlike the trans job i did back in the spring.

| everyone needs a brother like you whether is be brother or BIL. trans job, i was thinking more about the head job than the engine replacement that soon followed. |

| i was trying to forget that one. i still have the rod and piston as a reminder to take my time from now on. this should be somewhat easy though. lift the astro on the hoist and drop the drivtrain out the bottom, pull the blazer engine with a engine hoist, swap some parts and transplant complete.

| And since the Astro is damaged in the front already, you can get Mr All Mighty Saw Z All, and butcher it up for easier access. Where are the before you get started pics??? Let see some damage and carnage first to get this project started right !!!

| who needs a sawzall when i have a hoist and can just torch out the craddle and lift the astro up out of the way? besides, bad things happen when i get my hands on a sawzall. oh, and i have to see them first before you get any pics. i pick them up in the morning and have to haul them to the shop.
