I thnk I figured this out. I know there are quicker ways, but hope this is big enough to be able to be read OK.

if we do something like that i can put its all into a PDF and just keep updating it like once or twice a month with new stuff

I'm thinking.... Post each PDF or other file as an attachment in a new message, with appropriate title and tags, then PM Mud to lock it.

I think all of what is being discussed in this thread is a great idea. Just in case someone needed some support.

some .pdf s are big though. I have some manuals that are like 27MB

Any way of getting them on a server somewhere and just linking to them? I can do that pretty easy with my stuff, I've still got about 80gb free, but not everyone has their own server.

Maybe some of the free online storage places?
