LED tail lights

I have been noticing lately that some of the new cars out there are coming out with LED tail lights.. what do you guys think? I think they look ricey! I haven't seen any trucks with them yet, but that not to say they wont be out there soon!
But I do have to say, atleast they are bright and easy to see... but so orange road cones, and you won't find me gluing them to my car...

i think they llok decent on cars, would prolly be ugly on trucks though...... i was drivin up to north carolina, and on my way through augusta GA, i noticed the 5-0's (cops) up there have them on their cars for the blue and red lights, not the regular tails lights... but at any rate, them things are SOOOOOOO freakin bright at night it aint funny.... like, blindingly bright

I put some on my work truck for the tail lights. The oval shaped ones you'd see on a trailer. They are so much better in my opinion. They last so much longer and are definately brighter.

I think they're ok. Depends on how crazy they get with them. The new chevy SUVs are coming out with them stock now. Ive seen quite a few trucks around here that people have put them on. Some they look ok on... others they look stupid. I personally wouldnt put them on my truck. They came stock on my Evo though.

LED are 10 times better than the old bulb types. I have them on my boat railer and the led are brighter, sealed mechanism and if a led goes bad, i still have 100 or so more in that light so it doesnt matter. I have seen the aftermarket goofy white lens ones in little 4 banger rice rockets here in town but I dont pay much attention to the little weed eater cars so i cannot give my opinion on how they looked. When they come out for my truck I will have some on it though.
