I recently got straights (true duals) installed on my 5.3L 04 sierra. Now the exhaust is coming loose at the cat. How can i prevent this from happening again?

You have come to this site and are trying to recruit? Huh!!!!!

You mentioned true duals and one cat????? Still have both cats and the factory crossover?
If you have "true duals" then you would have individual pipes coming off of each individual cat and your problem woulld not exist, since it would be welded. But since you have used the single factory ball and flange collector, you are having problems because of the weight hanging from the fasteners. There are only two bolts holding the flange together and it should not support weight. You need to have more support for your system.
Suprised that with all of the time you spent on this other site, that none of the other owners mentioned it.
