i have a 64 gmc.
it looks like this

but i want it to look like this

ive had several trucks from 63 to 00.i'll help out if i can.

Looks like you have a pretty good idea of what you want. Lots of work to do.
How do you plan on lowering the truck?
Gonna fab your own skirts?

i may have to fab the skirts if i cant find a set.gonna flip the rear axle and c notch.the front i have 78 disc front to put under it.gonna use a 2" drop spindle and cut a coil off the springs.thanks for the welcomes

I could be wrong 75 but I'm pretty sure he means flip it over the springs. SOA in reverse. so it would be SUA (spring under axel)

thought the 64 had trailing arms and coil springs back there.

some did and some were leaf sprung.

Interesting term though huh? Flip the axle.
Vent turns into a drain, and the truck has three reverse gears.
