Turn signal problem please help

My 2001 2500 HD has a problem with the turn signels. The problem is that they blink on the guage center when you turn them on but the don't blink when you step on the brake pedal, they just stay on but don't blink. Any ideas what this could be I have no idea. Please help!!! Please help

I had the same problem in my 1995 s10, turned out to be the brake sensor right on the pedal. Not sure if it would be the same problem for you.

Did you know you posted this twice? Just curious. Computers can be a pain sometimes. And sometimes just double clicking can cause that. On the other thread I mentioned that I had a similar issue on my 1995 S10, turned out to be the brake light sensor right on the brake pedal. Might want to look at that. not sure if it is the same issue, but might work.
