| Welcome: There is a wiring harness, looks like a little plug, that connects the defroster. I believe it is located in the upper corners of the glass. On both sides. Sometimes with the flip open glass like these, they come loose, make sure the flat metal connections are free from corosion and that they are firmly attatched. If that does not remedy the problem here, double check the fuse, make sure it is not blown. Those defrost units drain a lot of jucie, and if the heat, wipers, headlights and defroster are on, sometimes it can skip enough in the power supply to trip the fuse. I would start there, and then post back an see if that helps.
