| Which M/T??? I'm in the market for some wider meats for my rig. The stock 265's just aint cutting it anymore. Hey what's a good mud tire to run that's gonna get descent mileage. I don't want them bald after 20K. Any good M/T out there with long life tread?? |

| i had bfg m/t's on my truck at the same time my buddy put dunlop m/t's on his. he went cheaper, but he went through 3 sets of tires before my one set had to be replaced. if it is an on/off road truck, go with the bfgs. if it is a strictly mud-bogger, id go with some thing else

| yeah I've heard nothing but good news about the BFGs. I've been leaning toward that tire anyways. Holmes my buddy had procomp mts he hated them he said they slicked up and didn't clean out well. |

| i have lt265/75r16 kumho tires on my 98 1/2 ton 4x4 truck. good tread, wear, traction, and most important....price. went with lt instead of p cause more aggressive tread and longer tread life although a little more money. kumho is a very good quality tire. |

| cooper makes a mud tire under the mastercraft name. the tread pattern is very similar to the BFG, but is a lot cheaper. i run the mastercrafts in a 285/75r/16 and paid around $130 a piece. i have around 12k miles on them with minimal tread wear from turning.
