What year is the vehicle.... Before 2004, all the OnStar systems were set up on an analog system, and I would venture to guess no that would not work. However, from mid 2004 to now, they are all run off of a digital system and connecting might work... Though I have not heard of anyone doing it with out the help of a tech. And on this subject, I also heard that as of feb 2009 when all the TV signals go digital, that the OnStar system will also go 100% digital too, and therefore all the vehicles equipped with the older anolog systems will not work at all anyways..... So something to look into. I would call GMAC, or perhaps even OnStar and see what they say about this.
