neutral safety swith

Ok my truck was running fine yesterday but i went out to start it today and all it does is click. I took the battery off and tested all good there, i also checked the connections to the battery and the alternator all are fine. I had the neutral safty switch replaced about a month ago does anyone know how to test that to see if it has went bad again, and are there anyother suggestions of what to look at

I wouldn't think it would be the neutral safety switch if it is clicking, was it clicking last time when it went out? Have you tried jumping it, just in case it is the battery?

Did you say that it does click? The neutral saftey is a permissive that will open the start curcuit and will not allow any activation of an relays, or solenoids.
I would guess that it is not the saftey switch, and if the battery and all connections are good, then I might lean towards looking at the starter itself.
Sounds as though the solenoid is working, but no starter engagement. These are typical signs of a bad starter.
Hit the starter and see if this can persuade it to operate, or just remove it and test it.
Some times cables can be lisleading. The cable can look good from the outside, and the inside can be corrded like crazy. Verify that all of the connections and cables are still serviceable. Then you can start to narrow down the possibilities.
