GMC1993Sierra will become famous soon enough
Sounds like bearings with no grease

I can hear this high pitched sound coming from my truck when it's rolling at 25 mph or higher. I hear it with the engine on or off and I hear it with the brakes applied or not. I thought it was the front bearings but I replaced those and repacked them and I can still hear it. The best way to describe the sound is bearings with no grease but I sure can't find the issue. Front bearings should be good and rear bearings had new seals installed about a year and a half ago. Any ideas?

Everything runs and rolls fine. It's just noisy.

Flopeyeman is on a distinguished road
Could it be the wear indicators on the brake pads?

Stumpuller454, you were correct. It turned out to be the bearing. Thank you very much!! It's been replaced and it's fixed.
