95 hesitation off idle

I have a 95 Yukon, which for several months has had a light miss off idle, its getting worse, and now, in the past week, when coming off a higher RPM, it will idle too low, and almost die, then idle better, miss is still there at about 1200 rpm, goes away above 1500 RPM. I have tuned it, cap rotor plugs, new OX sensor, clean filter for air, any ideas? Thanks

Clean the Mass Air Flow sensor, use an aerosol spray that does not leave residue (test it on something if it leaves marks try a different kind) do not blow dry, let air dry. do this first and see we`ll go from there...could be a weak pump...

Have you put it on a scan tool?

check the egr valve. might be sticking open
