the new spider assembly has the injectors closer to the cylinders instead of having poppet valves at the cylinders and the injectors at the intake. supposed to give better throttle response and you don't have the risk of the poppet valves sticking.

all that sure does look pretty. (for the time bein) i in your spot would be excited to get her back together just to hear it run. i think at the time, people refer to that as miller time.
