| 85 GMC S15 Carb ? Hey guys I have a E2SE 2BBL Rochester Carburetor sitting in front of me I just rebuilt most of it, I have a couple of question in general about it I have a question about Seals and seal retainers, They list this Pump Return Seal/retainer and also one for the TPS plunger and TPS plunger seal retainer, I guess both are needed? I got this Jimmy I need to fix right and it didnt come with either one seals or retainers. It was leaking gas bad. So I got a kit and rebuilt most of it. I also got this weird looking thing part # is 73600 it looks like it has a slot and it might of fit where the floats go but I forgot to document that part I might of been tired. I dont want to leave this part out lol Anyways heres my ?'s Pump Return- Retainer/Seal goes as low as it would go on the shaft on the pump return top side? Also I installed a spiral Spring on the pump return the diagram lists an additonal Spring? that goes against this sprial ring and boot? TPS- And the seal for the TPS plunger goes on float bowl assembly side? against the top? does the retainer or the seal go against the bottom of Air horn assembly? Retainer- pump spring and check ball- doesnt fit even after I slotted it with a pair of dikes Can I just use the old one it looks like it came slotted but again the new one doesnt really fit can I just sand it down? Let me know if anyone has any experience with this E2SE Rochester Carb Thanks ET

| hey guys found the pump spring and installed the seals, and installed the black thing it goes under the float seems that for that particular carb they made it alot of different years and the Truck year I have doesnt have that black thingy in the diagram, its my first rebuild of a car engine carburetor, I do need someone to help me out with the routing of the line though thats the only part I'm having trouble with Can anyone draw me a diagram or have one handy? The carburetor has two outlets for fuel on the back of it, I only have one rubber line and I dont know which one it goes on the driver side or passanger side. I m in trouble lol
