| Yeah body lifts come with all nessary componants... because all you do is unbolt the body from the mounts lift the body with a hoist, jack, or I've even used 5 guys and 2 cases of beer to lift a body on a new f150... as long as you don't go above 3" bl it won't look to goofy... the only reason I say goofy is because when you bl you only lift the body the frame and axles and unless you get brackets the bumper all ride at stock hieght so you gain no ground clearance with a bl... and if you go to high then you expose your frame rails and people can look inside you rear fender wells and see all the way through and you can look at your valve covers through you front fender wells... just remember the higher you lift the body the lower your motor sits os you may have to extend you air intake breather hose and things like brake lines steering arm mostly stuff attached to the firewall will have to be extended with to high of a bl. That's why I steer away from them because all the nickel and dime stuff. With a sus lift you gain ground clearance everything still lines up and all you need is steering arm or trac bars and driveshafts because everything else lifts as a whole!!! |
